Return & Replacements

  1. At Top Greener Inc., it is very easy and convenient to return merchandise. You can return merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returning defective items will be replaced at no cost to you -- we pay for shipping expenses on the replacement of defectives. If you ordered the wrong item(s) or want to return non-defective items for a refund, you may ship them back for a refund not including S/H. 
  2. To return products, email customer service at sales@topgreener.com to obtain your RMA number.
  3. Once you receive your RMA #, mark it on the return package and include a copy of your invoice, then send it to the address below:
