Warranty Information Tips
We offer a warranty on our products with a hassle-free experience. You can find the precise warranty period on the literature of the box or verify with our Customer Service Team at or by phone at (844) 390- 2568. We ask that you indicate your order number and the product name so that we can better assist you to ensure your questions are answered in a timely and efficient manner.
Order ID: You can find this information on your invoice or your account order history.
Product Name: You can find this in your account order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product. Some products come with a watermark showing the model number and/or name of the product.

  2. When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you placed the order.

  1. How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, we advise you to attempt all troubleshooting suggestions. If you believe the item is defective and still under warranty, please contact us by phone at (844) 390-2568 or email at with your order number ready and the product name.

  1. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It will not be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

  1. Who are authorized Top Greener Retailers?

Our major authorized retailers are Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart.  

  1. What if I don’t have any proof of purchase or an order number?
    1. If you made your direct purchase through eBay, we may be able to locate your order using your email address or username.
    2. If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Once you have placed you order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
If you would like for us to give you an estimated cost for shipping, please contact us at Our primary shipping carrier is USPS.  If you prefer your orders be shipped through a different carrier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
The cut-off time for Express Ship Service is  1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Express Ship orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, VISA, and PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks or checks.
Updating Orders: Please contact us immediately if you decide to add, change, or cancel your order so that we can process your request effectively and efficiently.  
Phone Orders: You may contact our office to place a phone order if you feel you would like to speak to our Customer Service Department to ensure your items and questions are answered while placing the order. We are more than happy to assist you to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. All phone orders will be shipped to you at the address you designate. We are unable to sell or take orders in person at our corporate office.
Pick up Orders: If you decide you wish to pick up your orders, please contact us 24 hours in advance to allow us to better assist you and to ensure your order is ready upon arrival. Please have your order number ready, your full name, and the time and date you wish to pick up your order at our location.
