Please kindly be advise that we offer a warranty on our products with a hassle-free experience. We ask that you indicate your order number and the product name so that we can better assist you to ensure your questions are answered in a timely and efficient manner.
It is essential you provide us with your order number – or a valid proof of purchase made through Top Greener Inc if you wish to request for a return or replacement as it is our company’s policies.
Request for Returns
For return products, please kindly email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your RMA number.
Once you receive your RMA #, mark it on the return package and include a copy of your invoice and send the package to our office at:

You may return your UNDAMAGED product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. Simply email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to obtain an RMA number.
Please note: Customers must pay for shipping and handling costs to receive a full refund for non-defective product(s).
Request for Warranty for Quality- Related Issues
We will take care of all quality- related issues with a REPLACEMENT including any return shipping cost within 1 year of purchase.
Please note for any provided return shipping labels, it must be used within 7 days within USA.
For international shipping cost for REPLACEMENTS, it must be provided by the customer, once we receive the item, we will process a refund for the shipping costs within 1 year of purchase. This includes purchases shipped overseas from the USA with Top Greener, via Amazon and eBay as well.
