TopGreener RETURN POLICY


30 Day Money-Back Guarantee:

We are so sure that you will enjoy using our products that we are offering a special 30-day money-back guarantee as long as the original item and the packaging are not damaged. To do this if needed, we ask that you email support@topgreener.com to start this process and let us know that you’d like to return your item. You will then receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on the return shipment’s box, which is required and must be written on the shipping box to our address at:

  • Refunds – product can be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund amount may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s cost.
  • Exchanges for different product – product must be in new condition and not missing any components. All exchanges require a new order to be placed. A full refund will be applied to the original order once the item is returned.
  • Replacements (exchange for same product) – if a product is determined to be defective, we will send out a replacement unit along with a return label. The product must be within the warranty period to be eligible for a replacement. A credit card must be placed on file for replacements. If the customer does not return the defective unit or has damaged the product with improper use/installation they may be charged for the replacement unit.
  • Cancellations – orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships for a full refund.
  • Refurbished Items – are not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for replacement if specified in the listing.

One-Year Warranty:

A one-year warranty is provided for items sold on Topgreener.com, our Amazon store, our eBay store, and other online stores operated by Top Greener Inc. Warranty replacement does not cover items damaged from improper installation, misuse, or modifying. Installation help is available from our technical support team during our normal business hours.

Extended Warranty:

You can add an additional year to your product warranty by registering it here

International/Overseas Orders:

Warranty replacements for Items that were shipped Internationally or overseas require the customer to ship the item back to us. Once the item is received we will ship out a replacement. Please contact our team at support@topgreener.com for details.
