To start the process, email customerservice@topgreener.com and let us know that you would like to return your item.
Please provide your Full Name, Order Number, and Shipping Address when contacting customer service. You will then receive a shipping label with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on the return shipment box.
Once we receive your item back, we will issue the appropriate refund.
A one-year warranty is provided for items sold on Topgreener.com, our Amazon store, and other online stores operated by Top Greener Inc.
Warranty replacement does not cover items damaged from improper installation, misuse, or modifying.
Installation help is available from our technical support team during our normal business hours.
