Warranty Coverage (Standard 1-Year)
All products purchased from authorized sales platforms are covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required to qualify for warranty service.
Authorized sales platforms include:
- topgreener.com
- Official Amazon store
- TikTok Shop
This warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
- Normal wear and tear
Extended Warranty (Up to 2 Years)
Select products are eligible for an extended warranty (up to 2 years total) with registration.
To register, email warranty@topgreener.com within 90 days of purchase with:
- Proof of purchase
- Purchase date
- Purchase platform
- Order number
- Product model number(s)
Failure to register within this period may result in ineligibility for extended coverage.
International Warranty
Warranty coverage is available for international customers; however:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Replacement products will be shipped after the original item is received and verified.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligible Returns
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all components must be included
Refund Conditions
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
- Full refund including shipping
No reason / change of mind:
- Product cost refunded
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Installed, used, or modified products
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Special-order items
Returns Process
To initiate a return:
Contact customerservice@topgreener.com with:
- Order details
- Product(s)
- Reason for return
If approved, you will receive:
- RMA number
- Return instructions (and label if applicable)
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
Exchanges & Replacements
Warranty Replacement
If a product is confirmed defective within the warranty period:
- A replacement unit will be issued
- A return label may be provided for the defective unit
We may require a valid payment method on file for replacement processing. Failure to return the original item may result in charges.
Exchanges (Non-Defective)
- Exchanges are processed as a return + new order
- Refund is issued once the original item is received and inspected
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is limited to replacement or refund of the product only.
We are not responsible for:
- Installation costs
- Labor costs
- Indirect or consequential damages
