We strive to offer competitive pricing on our products. The total price of your order will include:

• Product price at the time of purchase
• Applicable sales tax
• Shipping and handling charges (if applicable)

For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to:

• Change product pricing at any time
• Correct pricing or typographical errors, including after an order has been placed

Payment methods are presented at checkout and must be completed in full before order processing.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities per order or per customer
• Request additional verification for fraud prevention

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

• Typical processing time: 1 business day
• Carriers: Primarily USPS and in some cases UPS or FedEx
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather or force majeure events
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

For international or offshore shipments:

• All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Customers must ensure products comply with local import regulations

Shipping may be handled in one of the following ways:

• We arrange shipment and pass applicable costs to the customer
• Customer provides their own shipping label and assumes all responsibility

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Unpaid customs fees
• Incorrect address
• Refusal of delivery

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped:

• It cannot be canceled
• Returns must follow our Returns Policy

Products purchased from the Site are intended for end-user use only.

You may not:

• Resell products as new
• Distribute products through marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
• Represent yourself as an authorized reseller

We reserve the right to:

• Deny warranty claims where proof of direct purchase is not provided

Nothing in these Terms establishes any reseller, distributor, or dealer relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
